Access to our restricted content is reserved solely for people who either live, work or support someone who lives in Essex.

You will need to register to gain access. Please fill in all fields.

Our licencing agreement requires us to verify that our members are Essex resident. To do this, once you have filled out the form, we will send you a letter through the post with further details on how to activate your account.

It is, therefore, important that you include your FULL POSTAL ADDRESS. If you do not reply to this letter your account will not be activated. If you register and are not Essex resident, or supporting an Essex resident we will not activate your account.

Please note that all registrations are processed manually by the ICE Resource Service Staff. This may mean that at times of high demand, or at weekends that you do not receive a response to your registration. Please be assured we will process your application as soon as we can.
